Zizi is manufacturer of 90 degree long radius from diameter 1/2” to 48”, we also offer 45 degree elbow, 180 degree elbow and short radius elbows in the same diameter range.
Long radius elbows also known as 1.5D elbow, because its radius is 1.5 times of the diameter. 90 degree elbow, 45 degree elbow and 180 degree all have long radius types as well as short radius type.
Radius larger than 1.5D (such as 3D, 4D) also called long radius elbow by customers, but we also call them pipe bend.
What the Difference Between LR Elbow and SR Elbow?
Both long radius and short radius elbow are available in the same degrees, dimension ranges and materials, but LR elbow has radius equal to 1.5D, while SR elbow has 1D radius.
