Raw material

Mold

Heat Treatment
The main function of heat treatment is to eliminate the stress, reduce the hardness, refine the grains and improve the microstructure and properties. For stainless steel refers to the austenite. In particular, cold formed pipe fittings, must be 100% heat treatment. Nondestructive testing is NDT
National and international standards both have corresponding provisions of NDT on Stainless Steel Elbow, Reducer, Tee, Cap, Cross and other Pipe Fittings.For example: cold extrusion tee must be 100% magnetic particle inspection, the weld fittings must be 100% radiographic inspection. However, some factories do not have the ability of inspection or too self-confident, omitted the essential nondestructive testing,and not discover the product which existed the surface or the internal significant flaw.
End Preparation
Most pipe fittings will be weld with piping or pairs fittings in the engineering site. This requires roundness, thickness and groove of Elbow End, Tee End, Reducer End and Cap End must be excellent, otherwise it will bring difficulty to weld in the engineering site, and then affect the engineering welding quality. Some people think: our pipe wall thickness is more than the customer requirements, should not be a problem. As you can imagine, too thick end thickness will also cause the scene can not be welded
